Warranty

This policy is applicable to purchases made directly from DarbeeVision only; if you purchased 

from our reseller, please contact them for their return policy.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

DarbeeVision offers a 30-day money back guarantee, with 100% refund of the product’s 

purchase price, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. All returns for refund 

must be received within 30 days of purchase and must be in like-new condition (package, 

products and manuals must be unmarked). Shipping fees are non-refundable and you are 

responsible for return shipping costs. Proof of purchase may be required. No refunds will be 

issued after the 30-day guarantee period.

Defective Product Replacement Warranty

DarbeeVision further warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 

year. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, DarbeeVision will, at its option, repair 

or replace the product at no charge to you. All shipping costs for replacing the defective product 

will be covered by DarbeeVision, unless, upon receipt of the product, DarbeeVision discovers no 

defect. In that case, you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. This warranty does 

not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication, or if the 

product has been modified without the written permission of DarbeeVision.

DarbeeVision products are intended for personal use only. These products may not be used to 

process video for commercial purposes without the express written consent of DarbeeVision. 

There are no user-serviceable parts inside, and opening the product voids the warranty.

DarbeeVision is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any 

breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, 

downtime, goodwill, damage to or reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in 

or used with DarbeeVision products.  

The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive in lieu of all others, whether oral or 

written, expressed or implied. DarbeeVision specifically disclaims any and all implied 

warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a 

particular purpose.

No DarbeeVision dealer, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, 

extension, or addition to this warranty.
