Shipping
DarbeeVision wants you to enjoy your product as soon as possible. Our current shipping time frame is 6-8 weeks. As we increase production, this time frame will change.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel a purchase, you may do so by contacting . If you cancel your purchase before it has shipped, you will be issued a full refund. Otherwise, please see the Returns & Refunds policy below.
Returns & Refunds
DarbeeVision wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Returns Policy
If you want to return an item, you can ship the item back to DarbeeVision for a full refund. For eligible DarbeeVision products, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Items ineligible for a return include:

How to Return
Ship your item to DarbeeVision
To ship your return item(s) to DarbeeVision.
Send an email to requesting a return authorizing code. We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a product.
Once we receive the item(s) (please include a document that clearly shows the return authorization code), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.
When to contact DarbeeVision
For a product that you've received that is incorrect or damaged, contact DarbeeVision Customer Service by sending an email to .
Technical problems with your new product
If you're having trouble with your new DarbeeVision product, please send an email to before attempting a return. If DarbeeVision Technical Support cannot resolve your issue, contact DarbeeVision by email, for a return.
If you're having trouble with a DarbeeVision product outside of DarbeeVision's 30 day return policy, please contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- Check payments will be refunded in the form of a check from DarbeeVision, which will be mailed to your billing address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
